Scope

This policy explains how the SkyNest Nice pre-opening website uses survey data, early-access email details, campaign information, and analytics cookies. Bookings are not open yet and the website does not collect payment details.

• Marketing consent, if you tick the consent box.
• Campaign details such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content, page language, referrer, and Google Ads click or campaign parameters such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, gad_source, and gad_campaignid when present.
• Google Analytics visit and event data, only after you accept analytics cookies.
• Technical logs needed to run and secure the website.

Purposes

• Understand traveler interest in SkyNest Nice.
• Evaluate expected pricing, stay purpose, and service priorities.
• Send pre-opening updates if you consent.
• Measure website traffic and survey submissions if you accept analytics cookies.
• Protect the website from spam, abuse, and technical errors.

Legal basis

Newsletter and analytics processing are based on consent. Survey response processing is based on your voluntary submission and the project's legitimate interest in preparing the opening. Security and abuse-prevention processing is based on legitimate interest.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is not loaded until you accept analytics cookies. You can reject analytics cookies and still use the site and submit the survey. You can change your choice later by clearing this site's stored browser data and selecting a new cookie preference when the banner appears again.

Sharing

Data may be processed by the website hosting provider and, if you accept analytics cookies, by Google Analytics. Data is not sold. Survey exports may be used for project reporting and investor or creditor materials in aggregated form.

Retention

Survey and subscriber data is retained while pre-opening research and launch preparation are active, reviewed at least every 12 months, and deleted earlier if you request deletion where applicable.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

No automated decision-making

The website does not make automated decisions that legally or similarly significantly affect visitors.
